Adecco is currently hiring for a Project Manager in Downtown Toronto. The Project Manager will be responsible for management of the Marketing, Communication & Training components of the Project Program, from the project planning phase to implementation. Develop the project plan, manage scope and drive project milestone. 6+ years of prior experience in project management is required for this role.  Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the Financial Services Industry. This is a 9-months contract and has a pay rate $55.00/hour.

Project Manager Responsibilities: 

•  Management of the Marketing, Communication & Training components of the Project Program, from the project planning phase to implementation
•  Employ project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project and MS Visio
•  Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders
•  Lead a team of Marketing, Communication and Training professionals, and communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project
•  Manage all communication and training plans and documentation.
•  Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project

Project Manager Qualifications: 
•  6+ years of prior experience in project management is required. 
•  Experience in leading Digital projects with knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 
•  Exceptional knowledge and proficiency in project management tools, techniques, and systems. 
•  Ability to effective influence, negotiate and collaborate, with the ability to work across the enterprise globally. 
•  Strong financial management skills to establish controls, track resource/costs and provide good business solutions. 
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels. 
•  Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal, global business units and global network providers/outsourcers. 
•  Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity. 
•  Proficient in MS Office Suite of products including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and MS Visio. 
Occasional travel to Kitchener-Waterloo or Oakville offices.
