Adecco is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Call Centre. This is a 4-month contract opportunity. The opportunity is a fully remote role, with the central office in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must be eligible for a reliability level security clearance.
The Quality Assurance Call Centre will have the following responsibilities: 
•Provide UAT Testing of a prototyped tool to be deployed across Canada;
•Support the workflow in a waterfall methodology;
•Provide reporting through the appropriate channels (JIRA, Confluence);
•Conduct IVR testing as required;
•Other responsibilities as required.
The Quality Assurance Call Centre must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
•Diploma in Office Administration OR other combination of education and experience, along with demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position
•2+ years of experience in Call Centre support roles or similar positions;
•1+ years of experience working with UAT testing;
•Advanced knowledge of computers, including MS Office 365;
•Strong oral and written communication skills;
•Fluency in both French and English would be considered an asset;
•Experience with Five-9would be considered an asset;
