Adecco is Hiring Quality Control Inspectors in Markham, ON.

The Quality Control inspector will be responsible for in line inspection of all boards being giving a green signal to the SMT  line to run

This is a 3 -month contract with possible extension

Day and Night Shifts available

Payrate: $15.50+ 4%

Location: Highway 7 & Woodbine (Markham)

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect SMT Board as per IPC-610 to ensure to return quality product on all SMT lines stop and raise issues when required.
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
  • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
  • Operate electronic inspection equipment and software
  • Accept or reject finished items
  • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
  • Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous electronic experience
  • Warehouse experience
  • Mechanical background
  • Must be available to work the regularly scheduled shift from 7:00am-3:30pm or 4pm- 12am
  • Experience using hand-held measurement devices, such as calipers and alignment gauges, workers more commonly operate electronic inspection equipment, such as coordinate-measuring machines (CMMs) and three-dimensional (3D) scanners.
