Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Quality Documentation Specialist to work for our client, a leader in the medical manufacturing field in a test cartridge manufacturing facility in Ottawa, ON. In this role your responsibility will be to maintain ongoing daily CAPA departmental activities and provide assistance with the Exception Report documentation to other areas of the company, as needed. This role requires working knowledge of the CAPA producers and 1-5 years’ experience working in a related field, Some of this expereince should be obtain from a position within Canada. if this sounds like you, apply today!

Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings with other departments to ensure timely execution of Exception Reports.
Support CAPA investigation documentation activities with input from investigation owners.
Provide guidance and coaching for CAPA Owners and Investigation Owners.
Participate and support internal and external inspections and assist with implementing solutions to audit findings.
Track and trend CAPA metric data and create presentations for management reviews
Conduct CAPA process training for new users
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
An Undergraduate University Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
1-5 years working experience in a related field.
Working knowledge of CAPA procedures
Ability or aptitude to work on complex problems/issues.
Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills.
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good development and technical writing skills.
Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding or skills and willingness to learn.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
