Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Quality Inspector in Markham. To be considered for this Quality Inspector role, you must have minimum 1 year experience in this field. Our client is an electronics manufacturing company that deals with medical devices.

Pay rate: Day shift:16  Afternoon shift:$17.60/h Night shift: $19.40/h

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Conducting repetitive inspection of product/materials against known standards, procedures and checklists
  • Identifying and segregating non-conforming material, recording data on a daily basis
  • Reading assembly and process documentation
  • Contributing to identifying, articulating and escalating problems or issues for Technical Support or Engineering, and assisting in gathering requested information and proof necessary to help establish the root cause of problems and determine corrective action
  • Recognizing discrepancies in documentation or problems with quality, product, or process, and recommends changes
  • Conducting product inspection, documenting as required, according to specific procedures
  • Properly executing on inventory control, cycle counting, and computer transactions
  • Working with internal Engineering Departments to implement continuous improvements
  • Identifying, reading/interpreting and applying complex ECO modifications or other instructions.
  • Quality Inspector Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ related work experience.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
