Receipts Administrator (Accounts Receivable)


Adecco is hiring a Cash Receipts Administrator for our Surrey client. You have two (2)+ years experience in receipts within the accounts receivable process. You have fast and accurate data entry skills and are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. This is a very fast-paced and what can be a high pressure environment. You are a team player and can work very well independently.


Summary of Duties

  • Receive daily "cash-out" documents from several Canadian & US branches 
  • Review daily bank statements for customer payments and help with daily bank reconciliation
  • Payment application to A/R open invoices based on customer payment information
  • Identify short payments and lump sum payments for clarification 
  • Clear out / write off balances based on Credit Managers' instructions
  • Willingness to work as part of a larger team
