Adecco is currently recruiting for a contract Receptionist job in Edmonton, AB. Our client is a well established national building products distribution company located in South Edmonton. This busy office is seeking a Receptionist who is a team player, professional and committed to a long term contract (maternity) role. They are offering an hourly salary of $17-$18/hour for a suitable candidate to start immediately!

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Responding to all incoming telephone inquiries.
Transferring calls
Taking messages
Fielding general inquiries.
Greeting all visitors as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate colleagues.
Filing, faxing and photocopying as well as typing various documents as required.


At least one year previous reception experience in a busy office.
Professional presentation with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office products.
