Being the front face of the organization, greeting visitors, and providing a warm welcoming atmosphere
Effectively answering high volume calls and handling a two line phone system during peak hours
Setting up meetings, booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and managing guest books
Ensuring day to day operations run smoothly
Performing administrative support and clerical tasks as required


Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist role includes:

Previous experience as a Reception in a corporate or office setting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and other front desk software applications
Ability to remain calm during busy hours
Be an organized individual with strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
