Adecco is currently hiring for Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Financial Industry in Thunder Bay, ON. Along with typical receptionist duties, this candidate will be responsible for administrative type duties as well. As our client is in a very high-profile division this candidate must therefore exude professional polish in their demeanor, attitude and appearance.

This Receptionist / Administrative Assistant role is a 1-year contract in Financial Industry in Thunder Bay, ON. The pay rate for this position is $16 /hour. Hours are 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Duties:
-Answering the phone lines for the branch
-Greeting clients, offering coffee, welcoming
-Keeping track of coffee supplies and ordering as needed
-Scheduling meetings for the office/booking boardrooms
-Ordering lunches for meetings/Catering functions
-Scheduling maintenance of the building (any deficiency in the building will be addressed with the receptionist and the receptionist would be responsible to schedule maintenance)
-Administrative projects as assigned

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Must Haves:
-Very positive/welcoming/Friendly
-Previous experience with scheduling meetings/booking boardrooms
-Computer saavy – moderate excel skills (navigating and filling in a spreadsheet)
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Strong phone etiquette – Previous experience in a receptionist
-Ability to take direction from management team and communicate
-Strong Professional Polish
