Adecco is hiring a Receptionist for our local branch in Brampton. 

  • Location: Brampton (Please note this role is in office)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Pay: $18.50 per hour
  • Job Type: 3 month contract with high possibility of becoming a permanent colleague
  • What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting visitors/walk in applicants
  • Manage incoming calls and directing them appropriately  
  • Work with our onsite team to understand client needs and identify top applicants.
  • Complete various screening requirements, including criminal background checks, reference checks, and others required by client.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both passive and active candidates and associates via regular contact to increase wellness at work, retention, and employability.
  • About you

  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others
  • Superior organizational skills; while meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize any new tasks as required
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly through recommending and implementing creative solutions
