RECEPTIONIST | DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER | $15.00/HR - $16.00/HR


Adecco is currently recruiting a RECEPTIONIST for a 1 YEAR contract with a well-established payments management firm in Downtown, Vancouver.

Start date: ASAP
Pay: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Hours: 9.30am – 6.00pm (Tuesday – Friday)
          7.30am – 4.00pm (Saturday)


Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • Filing, printing and preparing relevant documents
  • Managing, sending and receiving emails
  • Invoicing
  • Admin Support
  • Ordering office supplies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Positive, friendly and energetic personality
  • Basic MS word and excel skills
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional image
