Adecco is currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Receptionist position in Calgary, AB.  The Receptionist role is client facing and will manage customer walk-ins as well as responding to all incoming calls, and handling client inquiries. 

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate department
  • Greeting clients and assisting with their inquiries
  • Managing correspondence as needed
  • Assisting in general office administrative tasks


  • A minimum of 1 year of direct administrative and receptionist experience working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Conducts themselves in a professional telephone manner, transferring calls and handling inquiries respectfully and efficiently
  • Comfortable working with a high-volume workload and multi-tasking
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook; experience with AS400 or JDEdwards is a bonus
  • A reliable team player who can work well independently and, in a team
  • A self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions
