Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Receptionist – Legal job in Edmonton, AB.  The Receptionist – Legal will be responsible for handling a very busy front desk for a team of 30 colleagues.

Our client is a well established law firm located in south Edmonton.  They are offering a stable environment and competitive total compensation.

Receptionist – Legal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to in a professional manner all incoming telephone calls, transferring to the appropriate parties and taking messages if required.
  • Greeting visitors, clients and couriers.
  • Preparing cheques and assisting with basic accounting duties.
  • Utilizing MSOffice assist with preparing correspondence, typing letters, memos, etc.


  • An extremely polished professional who possesses a minimum of 2 years of direct related experience working in a professional services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • People person who is able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Strong computer skills with an analytical background.
  • Team player who is friendly, approachable and professional.
