Adecco is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist in Markham, ON. This Receptionist role is required for coverage Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 12:30pm for a 6-12 month duration. The pay rate of $17-18/hr depending on length of previous experience.

Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Greet clients as they enter the office
  • Respond to email inquiries and forward to appropriate departments
  • General clerical tasks including scanning and filing
  • Other duties as require

Part-Time Receptionist Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist capacity
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service and professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
