Our client, a non-profit organization in Richmond, is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join their busy team for an immediate start. 
If you are passionate about giving back to the community and possess both great communication skills and are comfortable in dealing with people from varying backgrounds, then this is the role for you! 
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm. 
This is a temporary - ongoing position.
Duties Include:

  • First point of contact for Clients / Meeting and greeting Visitors
  • Answering telephones
  • Relaying messages
  • Managing emails
  • Printer monitoring and maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other administrative duties
Skill requirements:
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude 
  • Ability to carry out Administrative tasks independently
