This is a temporary assignment with potential to turn permanent for the right individual to join our client in the property management industry. To qualify for these opportunities, you must have 1+ year of experience working in a front facing role while handling administrative duties.

The responsibilities for the Receptionist role in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and transferring high volume calls on multi-line switchboard
  • Meet and greet all levels of clientele in a professional manner and providing a warm welcoming atmosphere
  • Escorting guest to meeting areas and hostess responsibilities as required
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and assisting with boardroom set up
  • Handling all customer and client inquires via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Ordering inventory and managing office supplies
  • Provide administrative support as needed when assigned  

Qualifications for the Receptionist in Toronto, ON includes:

  • 1+ year experience as a Receptionist, preferably in an office environment
  • Industry knowledge in property management an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
  • Strong technical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suites
