Adecco is currently hiring for a long term temporary Receptionist in North York, ON. To qualify for this Receptionist role, you must be customer focused and have a high level of communication and presentation skills. Our client is an international luxury car company looking for a detail oriented, self starter with proven multi-tasking abilities. The Receptionist position is required for coverage Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm and the pay rate is $20-23/hr, depending on relevance and length of previous experience.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Receive and greet visitors as an ambassador of the brand and deliver an appropriate first impression.
- Contact appropriate departments regarding guest arrival.
- Answer switchboard, screen telephone calls and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries referring unusual or complex inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Open and route incoming mail and courier packages as well as processing all outgoing mail on a daily basis, ensuring appropriate postage is applied.
- Assist all employees with general administrative questions and requests (first line of contact).
- Support procurement processes related to new vendor onboarding and assist employees with system procedures
- Support the Procurement Team in creating contracts for Hotels/Catering
- Support each department with their annual conferences/events by ensuring each one is personalized to the respected departments budgets and requirements
- Work closely with business units in ensuring all details of events are well thought out by starting to plan for events well in advance
- Assist with security needs by obtaining guest information, issuing visitor badges and ensuring all visitors sign in and out of the office.
- Support maintenance of the office through ordering of kitchen supplies, maintaining kitchen duties schedule,  keeping storage room organized, ordering and maintaining office supplies and keeping all boardrooms stocked with refreshments 
- Coding of invoices (office supplies and other related topics)
- Responsible for managing filing and storage.

Receptionist Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, automotive degree, diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- High level of written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Lotus Notes email
- Superior computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate or mediate difficult situations
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy of all work
- Ability to multitask and work well with limited direct supervision and direction
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues as well as company executives
