Answering and redirecting calls on various multi-line phone systems and managing voicemails
Tracking, scheduling and updating appointments via Microsoft Outlook and other software
Performing meet and greet duties and acting as the face of a firm
Maintaining and updating any visitor logs or guestbooks as required
Scheduling and tidying meeting rooms and performing hostess duties
Any other administrative, data entry or clerical tasks when required

Some of the required qualifications for the Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON include

Some direct experience in a corporate reception role or as a front desk staff member in a polished professional setting
Availability during corporate, business hours for full weeks (Monday-Friday), as well as sporadic days or half days
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral along with the confidence and ability to interact with all level of clientele
Ability to multitask and balance priorities while maintaining a professional and polished front-line appearance
Strong MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as a familiarity with multi-line phone systems
