Being the front face of the organization, greeting visitors, and providing a warm welcoming atmosphere
Effectively answer high volume calls and handling multi-line switch boards during busy hours
Setting up team meetings, booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and managing guest books through Microsoft Outlook or other system
Maintaining record of office supplies
Troubleshooting any technical problems when required
Collecting and delivering mail, organizing shipments, and managing confidential documents as needed
Providing exceptional customer service by giving accurate and detailed information to visitors or clients
Ensuring day to day operations run smoothly
Performing administrative and office related tasks as required


The qualifications for the Receptionist role includes:

1+ year experience as a Reception or front facing role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and other front desk software applications
Ability to remain calm and multi-task during busy hours
Familiar with spreadsheets, word-processing software’s, e-mails, and file sharing system
Be an organized individual with strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
