Answer and redirect calls that can come in spurts, at times high volumes
Some will require to take manual messages (no voicemail)
Meet and greet all levels of clientele in a professional manner

Schedule meeting rooms primarily in MS Outlook
Escort guest to meeting areas and possibly some hostess responsibilities could be a part of this
Any other administrative, data entry or clerical tasks when required

Some direct experience in a front desk reception role or for entry level openings, a strong interest in being the face and voice of a firm
For some roles, the ability to work sporadic days or half day during corporate, business hours (sometime full weeks at a time as well)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral along with the confidence and ability to interact with all levels of clients
Ability to control multiple priorities and not get flustered, maintaining a professional vocal and polished front line appearance - some clients will require corporate business attire while others may be more business casual
Strong MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
