Adecco is currently recruiting for a RECEPTIONIST on a temporary ongoing basis with a well-established Insurance firm in the heart of Downtown, Vancouver.

Start date: ASAP
Pay: $16.00/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm with an hour for lunch


  • Answering the phone
  • Filing, printing and preparing relevant documents
  • Managing, sending and receiving emails
  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Organizing and preparing meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Greeting and hosting clients


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Positive, friendly and energetic personality
  • Basic MS word and excel skills
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional image
