Adecco is currently looking to hire a temporary Receptionist, to work for our client, a globally-known luxury goods company. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience to every internal and external customer.   • Shifts: Variable| 40 hours per week

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
  • Direct everyone who enters the boutique to the appropriate person
  • Handle inbound calls and forward them to the appropriate person
  • Provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via Email and Chat
  • Forward customer written inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Answer a wide variety of customer inquiries, like hours of operation, where to take a repair, etc.
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in Fashion, Retail, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in a retail/contact center/customer service environment, or the equivalent of education and experience
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for the luxury brand market segment (fashion, jewelry, etc.) are needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
  • Must display a high level of maturity, poise, and finesse to work with luxury and exceptionally demanding clients
  • Should have confidence and technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems
  • Ability to multi-task daily.
  • Flexible and available to work a 40-hour work week within the hours of operation (rotating evenings and weekends).
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative is needed
  • Must exhibit sound business judgment, demonstrated people skills, and high change management tolerance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Able to thrive in a customer-centric environment where continuous improvement is a must.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
