Adecco is currently looking for a Receptionist to work with various clients downtown Vancouver and across the lower mainland, in both permanent and contract capacities.

We are seeking candidates with several years’ experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for the Receptionist role will come with excellent references and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills. This role would be a front desk, client-facing role including general office tasks, therefore positivity and professionalism are key attributes.

Receptionist duties include:

•    Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
•    Greet clients as they enter the office
•    Respond to email inquiries and forward to appropriate departments
•    General clerical tasks including scanning and filing
•    Other duties as required

Receptionist qualifications include:

•    1 – 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist capacity
•    Highly organized and able to multitask
•    Exceptional customer service and professional phone manner
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
