Adecco is currently hiring for a Receptionist to service one of the largest insurances and financial services companies globally. To be considered for the Receptionist role, you must have strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suites such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Pay will be $23.72/hour, this is a 4-month contract position that is onsite in Vancouver, BC.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and reception duties for real estate management office including but not limited to the Building Operations team
  • Assist in the management of schedules and resource bookings, coordination of tenant maintenance requests, coverage handling calls from both internal and external sources, typing correspondence
  • Handle all other clerical/administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office common areas
  • Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Must have highly professional manner
  • Strong communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities are a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites such as Outlook, Word, and Excel are a must
