Our prestigious client with office all around the globe is seeking a receptionist on a part-time basis. The days and hours are quite flexible, this is the perfect position for someone still in university for their undergraduate or postgraduate or for someone looking for some part-time work. This is a position in Downtown Victoria, BC with a rate of pay of $16.5/h.

Your duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming phone calls.
  • Greet any incoming clients that may be walking in.
  • Receiving incoming mail and packages.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties that may be required as well
Qualifications:
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working reception desk is an asset
  • Being tech-savvy, comfortable using different computer software similar to MS Office is an asset
