Adecco is currently hiring for a full time Temp Receptionist in Winnipeg. To qualify for this Receptionist role, you must have excellent phone mannerisms and great computer skills. Our client is a multinational engineering firm that provides construction, consulting and management services.

The candidate will responsible to :

·         Incoming phone calls & greet all visitors, ensure completion of paperwork.

·         Sign-in and security procedures & respond to routine inquiries from internal and/or external clients in a professional manner.

·         Manage all boardrooms, maintain schedules/calendars and coordinate as required.

·         Manage postage balances and obtain updates to postage machine, all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages

·         Distribution of incoming mail, photocopy and distribute documents; manage safety field kits; off-site storage cataloguing, word-processing, accounts payable: tracking, coding, reviewing monthly statements; accounts receivables

·         Manages deposits; coordinate tender/bid documents, accepts deposits, track contractors

·         Empty dishwashers daily in the morning; refill coffee machines and ensure adequate supplies are maintained; and assists with coordination of office maintenance

·         Weekly time reporting which involves generating a timecard status report and issuing to office timekeepers, generating time and labour reports for manual timecard entries and seeking approval from respective managers, and submitting all approved manual timecards to payroll on a weekly basis

Receptionist Qualifications:

*   Excellent phone mannerisms

*   Proficient with MS Office       

*   Able to multi-task     

*   Must have previous Receptionist or Administrative Assistant Experience          

*   Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch. Must be able to arrive by 7:45 AM to ensure front reception is ready for 8:00 AM sharp.
