Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Role. This position will be a call-in role when required and provide vacation coverage as well as backfill coverage as required. Generally, 1-2 weeks advance notice will be provided for shifts, however sometimes there may be a need for coverage on shorter notice to qualify, you must have 1-3 years’ experience in a Reception role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • Filing, printing and preparing relevant documents
  • Managing, sending and receiving emails
  • Booking travel
  • Organizing and preparing meetings
  • Ordering office supplies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Bulk typing ability with great attention to detail.
  • Basic MS word and excel skills
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional image
