Adecco is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract with our Client in Downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Secret Clearance.

The Administrative Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

- Take on general reception duties;

- Manage the phones lines;
- Take on filing and data entry;

- Send/receive mails and couriers;

- Greet the guests and the public;
- Book travel and transport;

- Support the in-office and remote team of over 20 staff;

- Provide on-site meeting support, as well as logistical; support for off-site training/events or meetings.

The Administrative Assistant must meet the following mandatory requirements:

- Academic background in office administrative or related experience;

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- Must have excellent people skills and outstanding communication skills;

- Must have excellent attention to detail and love keeping a space at its best;

- Must have experience managing timelines and good at prioritizing;

- Experience on paying attention to details, as well as, to be discreet, and be proactive.
