Adecco is currently hiring Recruiters in Fredericton, NB for a 6 month contract. To qualify for these Recruiter roles, you must have at least 5 years of corporate recruiting experience. The successful candidate will work from home for now and the pay rate for this role is $35/hour. The recruiter role will move to the office in Fredericton, NB once office spaces reopen, so candidates must be local to Fredericton area, or willing to commute.

 

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review

• Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies

• Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation

• Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire

• Monitors SLAs, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate

• Uses recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation

• Acts as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solutions

 

Recruiter Qualifications:

• 5 years of Corporate Recruiting experience

• 2 years of strategic sourcing and delivery experience

• 1 year of Taleo systems experience, or extensive experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems

• Pipeline Management

• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

• Organized and motivated

• Tech Savvy

• Able to Multi-task

• Experience in a client-facing environment a plus
