Adecco Professional is currently hiring a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Toronto, ON, Branch! In this permanent full-time opportunity, you will be reporting under the branch manager with a focus driven attitude towards establishing long lasting relationships, managing recruitment process and other administrative responsibilities in a highly KPI-driven environment!

What Your Core Focuses Will be:

  • Identifying and securing potential client prospects by utilizing market niche sales techniques for Adecco Professional.
  • Assisting in the development of Adecco’s brand image and awareness through advertising and public relations activities, such as direct mail and promotion programs, job fairs and participating as a member of civic organizations.
  • Filling and servicing client orders efficiently and coordinating all aspects of recruitment starting from job advertisements, prescreening, in-person interviews, references, background checks and placing of the permanent candidates.
  • Marketing high skillset candidates to current and potential clients.
  • Ensuring thorough and compliant documentation of reports utilizing Adecco technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Completion of Post-Secondary Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience showcasing full cycle sales and client management related focuses.
  • Previous recruitment experiences an asset.
  • Well versed in the utilization of computer systems such as MS Office products and email applications; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to commute to and work from downtown Toronto.
  • Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change of direction and work in fast paced setting.
