Adecco currently has a job opening for a Recruitment Consultant located at our Regina Branch.  In this role you will primarily be responsible for maximizing the sales and growth of Adecco’s employment services through prioritized sales and customer service activities. As the successful candidate you will be skilled in the art of networking, lead generation and prospect development.

Recruitment Consultant Job Duties:

  • Identifies and develops new account prospects utilizing telemarketing and other high volume sales techniques. 
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of the Adecco brand and awareness through advertising, networking and public relations activities.
  • Maintains records of all client sales activities, leads and follow-up requirements by effectively utilizing Adecco’s office technology.
  • Generates sales leads through recruitment activities, and conducts marketing calls to prospective and current clients, in an effort to identify new business opportunities through skill marketing of associates with high demand qualifications.
  • Fills and services client orders efficiently through interviewing, testing, hiring and placing temporary associates. 
  • Identifies qualified temporary associates in order to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
  • Provides follow up to clients ensuring satisfaction of filled orders, and visits client site to maintain good relations and resolve any issues.
  • Monitors temporary associates on assignment, and provides coaching and counseling when required. 
  • Ensures that both temporary and permanent associate applicants are informed of Adecco policies and procedures, and that references are checked. 
  • Ensures that both client and associate file documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Recruitment Consultant Qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Three (3) years related working experience in a sales/customer service role.
  • Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
  • Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset.
  • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
