Adecco is currently hiring a permanent, full time Recruitment Consultant for our office in Saint John NB. To qualify for this Recruitment Consultant role, you must have previous sales, customer service, and Microsoft Office Experience.
  

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
• Must have a valid class 5 Drivers License & personal vehicle
• Must be reliable and be able to work flexible hours
• Consulting with our clients to understand their needs, maximize the level of service, encourage relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands.
• Filling and servicing client orders efficiently through the interviewing, testing, hiring and placing of temporary associates
  Supervising all temporary associates on assignment, coaching and counseling when required
• Providing follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.  
• Performing sales activities including skill marketing associates with high demand qualifications to current and potential clients, generating leads and expanding sales within existing and prospect accounts by building relationships with key decision makers and focusing on client care.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Answering and transferring all incoming calls 
• Creating credit authorization requests 
• Providing required administrative support of the branch business activities 
• Other administrative tasks as required
    

Recruitment Consultant Qualifications:
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines
• Completion of Post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
• A minimum of two years related experience, ideally in a Sales and Customer Service oriented environment
• Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
• Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices is an asset.
• Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
