With a focus on maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for the Toronto East region.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will match the skills of our temporary associates with the needs of our clients while ensuring the branch’s financial goals are met.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Fills and services client orders efficiently through the interviewing, testing, hiring and placing of temporary associates. Identifies qualified temporary associates through this process to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
Supervises all temporary associates on assignment and provides coaching and counseling when required. Maintains thorough documentation utilizing Adecco technology and completes reports as required
Provides follow-up to clients ensuring satisfaction of filled orders. Identifies opportunities for increased or new lines of business with clients, promoting Adecco’s products and services whenever possible.
Performs sales activities including skill marketing associates with high demand qualifications to current and potential clients, generating leads from reference checks, and expanding sales within existing accounts by building relationships with key decision makers and focusing on client service.
Ensures that both temporary and permanent associate applicants are informed of Adecco policies/procedures and that references are checked. Ensures that client and associate file documentation is accurately maintained
Maximizes Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
A minimum of two (2) years related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws
Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to work overtime and/or travel within region
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others
Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required.
