Are you looking to make a career move to one of the largest Global Staffing Firms?  Adecco is currently looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Downtown Branch.
With a focus on maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction, The purpose of this Recruitment Consultant role  is to find the best candidates for all our COM accounts while supporting Adecco’s financial goals and ensuring that legal compliance is maintained.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: 

  • Receives and reviews orders for all National Account clients for GTA and Canada, ensuring a solid understanding of requirements, working with Recruiter to post, search database and network for qualified candidates.
  • Fills and services client orders efficiently through interviewing, in person and remote recruiting, hiring and placing associates in long and short-term professional and administrative positions.
  • Identifies qualified temporary associates through this process to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
  • Ensures recruitment techniques/programs are followed so the selected candidates have the skills required to perform the essential functions of the positions and that they will be a good fit for the specific Accounts.
  • Creates thorough and detailed candidate bios to submit to open client positions.
  • Learns and keeps informed of the requirements, processes and policies for several key accounts, ensuring compliance to all contracts while meeting required timelines and quality.
  • Informs candidates of Adecco’s policies/procedures, confirms that all paperwork, references, testing, required background screenings and all onboarding client specific paperwork, are complete and properly maintained and updated in database.
  • Maintains close contact with all working associates, keeping in touch throughout assignments, point of contact for any questions, providing coaching and counseling when required.
  • Recognizes and provides recommendations for resolving any issues that may impact recruitment and/or order fulfillment.  On-going strategizing with team and manager for any improvements with regards to recruitment, processes and compliance.
  • Provides follow-up with clients as required to ensure satisfaction of filled orders
  • Maximizes Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements : 

  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field (Human Resource,  Psychology  )
  • A minimum of 1-2 years related experience is  required and  remote recruiting experience would be a huge asset
  • Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system and a strong social media presence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others. 
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. 
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
  • Displays a willingness to cooperate as part of a team, assisting others when required.
  • May be required to work overtime and/or travel within region.
