Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Coordinator for Calgary, AB . In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales and growth of professional and technical employment services through the effective attraction and selection of qualified candidate.   • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Implements creative recruitment techniques that ensure a steady flow of applicants and candidates
  • Ensures selected candidates have the skills required to perform the essential functions for required positions
  • Screens resumes and conducts interviews to ensure that candidates are suitable for the client work environment
  • Fills and services client orders efficiently through interviewing, testing, hiring and placing candidates
  • Provides follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders
  • Ensures that both client and associate file documentation is accurately maintained
  • Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education is required
  • 3 years working experience in the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Working knowledge of labour and employment laws
  • Skilled in the art of networking, lead generation and relationship building
  • Proficient in computer applications (i.e MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and E-mail applications)
  • Willingness to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
