Adecco is currently hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator in beautiful downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for filling and servicing client orders efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Pay rate: $19/hour
  • Location: Remote for now but could be Downtown, Vancouver, B.C.
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

  • Responsibilities:

  • Must be reliable and be able to work flexible hours Consulting with our clients to understand their needs, maximize the level of service, encourage relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands
  • Filling and servicing client orders efficiently through the interviewing, testing, hiring and placing of candidates Providing follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders
  • Performing sales activities including skill marketing associates with high demand qualifications to current and potential clients, generating leads and expanding sales within existing and prospect accounts by building relationships with key decision makers and focusing on client care
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Must be able to work in a high-speed environment and meet required deadlines
  • Completion of Postsecondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • A minimum of two years related experience, ideally in a Sales and Customer Service oriented environment
  • Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices is an asset
  • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications
