Oversees, plans and directs all aspects of the Recruitment Centre’s budget and operation of designated key Onsite Managed Services (OMS) accounts.

Functions of this position include:

Responsible for directing all recruitment and activity as it relates to the assigned key Onsite Managed Services (OMS) accounts.
Liaises frequently with the Marketing department and holds responsibility for the OMS Marketing budget.
Creates recruitment plans for each OMS account including maintaining required seasonal staffing levels.
Sources additional recruitment opportunities both digitally and community based.
Monitors the success of attraction campaigns and the associated costs to ensure that a positive ROI is achieved.
Attends client meetings and business reviews and speaks to recruitment and attraction programs.
Supervises and directs the work activities of the Recruitment Centre team, coaching, developing and providing feedback when required.
Performs other duties and takes part in special projects as assigned.


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
Minimum three (3) years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience within a recruitment and/or client services role.
1-2 years previous experience in a Supervisory/management role; preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
