Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist for a 2-Month contract. Our client is located in the downtown core of Ottawa, ON. 

The Recruitment Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
-Meet with hiring managers to understand the clients’ requirements;
-Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers;
-Prepare job postings for internal and external websites;
-Sourcing and screening profiles and resumes;
-Developing assessment tools (e.g. Behavioral based interviews, in-basket exercises, etc.) and supporting assessments during the selection process;
-Documenting all client and candidate correspondences;
-Ability to follow and execute pre-determined interview structures and documents;
-Prepare interview notes and candidate profile summaries;
-Help achieve and exceed targets set by the team;
The Recruitment Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma;
-5+ years of experience working within a talent acquisition function;
-Experience leading the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding;
-Bilingualism in French and English;
-Experience using external job searching tools;
