  • managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
  • Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
  •  Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

  • Remote Bilingual Customer Service Associates qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
  • Previous experience working in a call centre is considered an asset
