Remote Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator


Adecco is currently looking for a Remote Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will work with our Centralized Talent Hub. You will be focused on creating an exceptional candidate experience, conduct and complete prescreening activities for candidates sourced by the Strategic Sourcing team to determine if they meet the minimum requirements to join the Talent Pool, or to be submitted to an active customer order. You would interact with candidates to complete the prescreening process, oversee any applicable testing or assessments, and extend conditional offer to join the Talent Pool.


Responsibilities include
Communication and coordination with candidates to complete the pre-screening processes and activities to confirm their eligibility to be added to the Talent Pool or to be put forward for an active customer order.

Facilitate the completion of applicable pre-screening and testing and updates the candidate’s profile in the Associate Tracking System (ATS) to reflect the actives completed as well as the results/skills.

Extend conditional offers and attach candidates to orders in the ATS, if applicable.

Oversees the handoff to the Onboarding and Placement team, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for the candidate.

Assist with scheduling paperwork sessions with the field when required.

Maximize Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding Communication skills to interact with varying levels of staff and management.
Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks.
Prioritize any new tasks as required.
Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Display a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team.
Assist others when required and maintain effective working relationships.
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Position Requirements:
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, or 1 year of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
One (1) year related working experience in a sales/customer service role, preferably in a service industry.
Working knowledge of recruitment processes, labor and employment laws.

Technical Competencies
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws. Experience / knowledge of general HR practices an asset.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
Bilingualism (French/English)
