We are recruiting for a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor position in Vancouver. This is an opportunity to work with one of the major outdoors equipment suppliers. We are looking to add dynamic individuals that are motivated, take pride in their work, and enjoy working in a team environment. This is a remote position. Must be Bilingual (English/French)


Remote Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • You are empowered to provide genuine and personalized member experience via phones, live chat, email, and any future channels, all from the comfort of your home.
  • You support the eCommerce member experience through placing orders, setting up returns, and troubleshooting.
  • You efficiently navigate through several programs, screens and applications to provide the best solution for our members.
  • You build relationships to create life-long members. Going the extra mile is not just something we do when backpacking.
  • You connect with your team members through Microsoft Teams. Physical distance doesn’t matter, we are a collaborative and supportive group.
  • You may be assigned additional projects, tasks and assignments as required.
  • Remote Service Advisor Basic Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively on your own
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks in an efficient manner
  • Computer with external keyboard and mouse, ideally you have two screens
  • Microsoft 7 software or newer, or iOS operating system (el captain or newer)
  • A secure, wired internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 20MPBS

    Must be Bilingual (English/French)
