Adecco is currently recruiting for a Restaurant manager. This is a full-time permanent role for our Private Sector Client based in Gatineau, QC.

The Restaurant Manager, Bilingual will have the following responsibilities:

_ Create a dynamic and collaborative work environment;

_ Actively participate in the department and act as an ambassador;

_ Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant as a whole;

_ Play a key role in the financial health, performance and profitability of the restaurant;

_ Oversee all administrative tasks;

_ Follow up on customer comments and complaints;

_ Conduct hiring interviews, welcome and facilitate the integration and training of new employees;

_ Manage relationships with suppliers;

_ Ensure the accuracy of orders and coordinate the receipt of goods;

_ Integrate his contacts in the management of his establishment in order to promote the influence of the chain;

_ Collaborate in the development of marketing and social networks with the franchisor as well as various initiatives at the provincial level;

_ Take charge of all other related tasks as needed.

The Restaurant Manager, Bilingual must meet the following mandatory requirements:

_ High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

_ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

_ Must have experience leading and managing restaurant personnel

_ Must be bilingual in French and English

_ Strong communication skills

_ Collaborative spirit

_ Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, POS

_ Positive Attitude

Le Gérant de restaurant, Bilingue aura les responsabilités suivantes:

_ Créer une ambiance de travail dynamique et collaborative ;

_ Participer activement au service et agir en tant qu’ambassadeur sur le terrain ;

_ Veiller au bon fonctionnement des opérations du restaurant dans son ensemble ;

_ Collaborer au développement du marketing et des réseaux sociaux auprès du franchiseur ainsi qu’aux diverses initiatives à l’échelle provinciale ;

_ Prendre en charge toutes autres tâches connexes au besoin.

Le Gérant de restaurant, Bilingue doit répondre aux exigences obligatoires suivantes:

_ Diplôme d'études secondaires ou diplôme d'enseignement général (GED).

_ Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

_ Vous devez avoir de l'expérience dans la direction et la gestion du personnel d'un restaurant.

_ Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais

_ Solides compétences en communication

_ Esprit de collaboration

_ Maîtrise de l'informatique : Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, POS

_ Attitude positive

_ Souci du detail
