Adecco is currently hiring for a Full-time Retail Sales Associate job for Nespresso at the Chinook Mall location in Calgary, AB. Nespresso is a luxury coffee company specializing in single serve espresso, coffee machines and capsules. This is a full time position for atleast 30 hours per week and will be responsible for understanding and satisfying customer needs, listening, informing and proposing solutions to customer problems as well as leading their team. To qualify for this Sales Associate job, we are looking for individuals who love and drink coffee, have extensive previous retail experience. This position pays $15.50/hr and offers monthly incentives and bonuses.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities


Communicates a clear understanding of the Nespresso values

Ensure boutique is in stock with all supplies and order products as necessary

Submit and process stock transfers

Report stock deficiencies, receiving stock and inventory counts

Assisting customers with Coffee tasting

Review daily and weekly reporting on machine and capsule sales


Retail Sales Associate Job Qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED with equivalent experience

2 years work experience in sales and retail

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Pass a criminal background check

Ability to answer to all customers

Strong interest in Nespresso products
