Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Retail Sales Associate to work for our client in Toronto, ON. In this role you will support Boutique sales objectives as well as welcoming and servicing customers. For this role, ideally, you are well-spoken, engaging, bubbly, a quick learner, has reliable transportation to work, flexible on schedule, ability to work with technology POS system/iPad, and help greet customers.   • Pay rate: $20.00/hour
  • Location: Toronto, ON
  • Shifts: Morning - from 9:30 am to 6 pm, or closing time working past 9:30 pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 2–3-month contract with the possibility of extension

  • Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and manage traffic flow according to occupancy limit of boutique
  • Act as ambassador and represent the brand during first client contact
  • Manage appointment calendar effectively in cooperation with boutique management
  • Support the achievement of overall boutique sales objectives
  • Support boutique team with client presentations and servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
  • Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiences
  • Capture client information, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales by using tools
  • Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
  • Support the team with operational tasks
  • Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills required
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry welcome
  • Experience in retail sales a plus, leather, or high-end luxury preferred
  • Tech savvy – able to manage queuing & appointment app on iPad
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Physical Requirements: standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
