We are looking for individuals who absolutely LOVE chocolate and want the world to share their passion with consumers, individuals who are entrepreneurial at their core, keen to work in a dynamic environment and help us shape the experience that the KITKAT Chocolatory offers to consumers. 

Our client KITKAT Chocolatory is currently hiring multiple Part-Time Retail Sales Associates in Toronto, ON. Working out of their newest pop-up location in Yorkdale Shopping Centre which is due to open on November 5th.  Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: guaranteeing the smooth daily running of the KITKAT Chocolatory in order to ensure sales & profit performance and an exceptional customer service level. You must have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience and have open availability to work weekend plus an additional day during the week.  To succeed in this role, exceptional customer service skills are a must. This position involves retail mall hours and training will be provided. Compensation consists of an hourly pay rate of $15.00 an hour and it is an ongoing position.

We are looking for individuals who absolutely LOVE chocolate and want the world to share their passion. Act as a Nestle Ambassador of the brand in the Boutique and ensure that the Nestle values are lived in the team. 

As a Retail Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Sales and Customer Service:    
• Achieve with team the daily, weekly, monthly sales and service level targets set for the KIT KAT Chocolatory within agreed profitability targets.
• Ensuring shelves are fully stocked with product at all times
• Welcome, advice and guide clientele and identify their needs.
• Maintain a proactive approach towards the customers.
• Respond appropriately to customer complaints.
• Processing cash and credit transactions.
• Ensuring the Boutique is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Ensure Compliance
• Implement the application of operational procedures and follow the Quality & SHE systems, including the compliance to all Nestlé guidelines & standards and to local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe working conditions.
• Prior customer service, hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to share your passion for chocolate with consumers.

• Business savvy and customer orientated
• The ability to work a flexible schedule
