Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Store Manager that excels in customer service, business development and possesses a certification in Esthetics. We are looking for someone who will drive the growth of the business at client’s brand-new Skin Treatment Centre/Retail Store. You will be working for an industry-leading skincare company that innovates in everything they do and is constantly evolving. You will be joining a team that is a tight knit group of positive, forward thinking, and creative professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with autonomy and trust and there is NO weekend work. Location – Downtown Toronto.

Store Manager – Beauty Industry: Requirements

Drive and meet sales targets. Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement plans for increasing sales and efficiency in daily operational needs, and responsible for initiating and supporting quality management activities. Ensure clear targets are set and regularly communicated and achieved by the location. You will be responsible to evaluate the operation and identify and implement activities to attract new customers and increase consumer engagement.
Providing Skin Treatments on clients and help drive new customers through online booking which in turn helps grow our sales.
Leading a Team. A people-centric leader. You genuinely enjoy developing others, coaching and building teams, and helping people reach their potential. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to the team when needed. Help build a rapport and trusting foundation to foster positive relationships with customers, client’s and team members.

Store Manager – Beauty Industry: Qualifications

Certification in Esthetics

You are a team leader. You’re a natural coach and have a passion for working with others, your team responds when you lead by example.
