Adecco is currently looking for a Licensed RIBO Customer Service/Insurance Broker for one of our clients located in Dufferin County. The Customer Service/Insurance Broker is responsible for building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with clients by meeting and exceeding expectations. You must demonstrate a very high level of professionalism while completing tasks with superior customer service skills.

RIBO Customer Service/Insurance Broker Job Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls
Completing Auto Substitutions
Handle and complete client transactions
Preparing quotes
Respond to company and/or client concerns/inquiries in a timely, professional and courteous manner
Strong attention to detail

RIBO Customer Service/Insurance Broker Qualifications:

Must have active RIBO License in good standing
Minimum of 3 years previous insurance experience, Commercial Lines experience is preferred however not mandatory
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
Proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications
