Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time RMA Coordinator to work for our client Sanmina, in Ottawa, ON. Sanmina designs, manufactures and repairs some of the most complex and innovative optical, electronic and mechanical products in the world. In this role you would be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.

Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
Normally follows established procedures on routine work and requires instructions only on new assignments.
Applies extensive practical knowledge of technical principles and practices for complex installation and maintenance tasks in support of the manufacturing of client products, in a frequently highly time-sensitive environment.
Repairs and maintains electro-mechanical PCB manufacturing equipment.
Installs and maintains new or more complex manufacturing equipment.
Tests and calibrates equipment.
Identifies and troubleshoots malfunctioning manufacturing equipment.
Contributes to semi-routine analyses and documentation updates, relating to materials management, manufacturing, or test processes. Draws conclusions – suggests sources of failure, alternate diagnostic techniques, and/or problem fixes.
Participates in preventative maintenance according to detailed specifications and schedules.
Assists in the building of prototypes.
Assists with equipment moves
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
2-year technical college diploma.
Requires a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ related experience
