Adecco is currently hiring for permanent account executive to cover the Niagara/Hamilton region and the Halton region. The Sales Representatives is responsible for maximize sales and the growth of Adecco services through prioritized sales and marketing activities. The Sales Representatives will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Sales Representatives salary will vary pending skills and commissions.

Sales Representatives Responsibilities:
- Identifies and develops account prospects utilizing telemarketing, direct mail and other sales techniques to identify potential new clients. Develops and conducts effective sales presentations.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of the Adecco brand and awareness through advertising and public relations activities, such as direct mail and promotional programs, job fairs and as a participating member of civic organizations.
- Services and continues to develop accounts uncovered by personal sales efforts. Visits client sites to maintain good relations, resolve problems, introduce additional services, etc.
- Works closely with Branch Manager and/or Sales Manager to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology.
- Works with Adecco staff and clients to resolve service issues.
- Participates in branch operations activities to gain knowledge in the areas of interviewing, database management, placement skill marketing, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Sales Representatives Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
- Skilled in the art of networking, lead generation and prospect development, as evidenced by current contacts in the local professional and business community.
- Ability to confidently source and approach new prospects, utilizing excellent presentation skills.
- Possesses superior organizational skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely follow up with prospect and clients.
- Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
- Resourceful and self motivated; Utilizes available information to help further marketplace knowledge and drive business success.
- Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client relationships, close new business and expand the marketplace.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to travel within the region.
