Sales Administrator


Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with proven experience in order administration and customer support? Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Sales Administrator for our client, a biotechnology company located in Surrey, BC.

In this role, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing the sales order and RMA processes in addition to interacting closely with internal and external clients.

  • Salary: $52,000-62,000/year based on experience
  • Location: Surrey, BC

  • Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

  • Process all global customer orders and return authorizations
  • Responsible for providing necessary paperwork to customers and assisting them with returns, tracking packages and assisting with customs clearance will be required from time to time
  • Plan work orders for the factory to ensure that customer requirements and targets are met
  • Create shop packets, and scheduling for the factory
  • Provide customer and dealer support relating to orders and deliveries
  • Provide sales information to external sales staff upon request
  • Perform data entry
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements and Qualifications of the Sales Administrator:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Superior and proven customer service skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven initiative and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Sound computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Crystal Reports, and Outlook)
  • Experience working with ERP Syteline and SAP would be an asset
